Town Hall Meeting

Please come to the important town hall meeting regarding the future of the Felton Branch Library next Wednesday October 28, 6:30-9:00 p.m. at the Felton Community Hall.

This meeting is part of a strategic planning process for the next three to five years. The format for all of the library town hall meetings in the County provides an opportunity for us to envision the future together, not a public forum for individual views. After a half hour meet-and-greet, new Library Director Teresa Landers will lead us in exercises to help define our vision, using the following questions:

• In 2020 what do you imagine this branch and the system will look like?
• What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to this branch and the system as a whole?
• What is one change you would like to see happen?
• In your opinion, what are the most important functions of your branch library?

Please commit to coming to this meeting and also tell at least five friends and neighbors how important it is that a large number of concerned residents attend.
